How do I start a trade on Exdollarium?▼
Go to the Trade Calculator, select your service e.g (card, payoneer, paypal, crypto), enter the amount, and choose to proceed with the trade. You will then upload your reciept for admin approval.
How long does it take for a trade to be approved?▼
Trades are typically approved within 30minutes. If not approved within this time frame, you can open a WhatsApp dispute for further assistance.
How can I check if the trading tag is available?▼
Before submitting a trade, you have to click the "Check Tag Availability" button to confirm whether the payment tag is ready for transactions.
What happens if my trade gets rejected?▼
If a trade is rejected, the system will generate a reciept stating the reeason. You can review it to understand what went wrong.
Where can I see my pasts trade transactions?▼
Go to Trade History in your dashboard to view your pending, approved, funded or rejected trades. If funded the fund will be added to your wallet balance.
how do I withdraw my funds?▼
Go to wallet, click withdraw select bank acccount (if added) if not click on add bank account and submit your request. The admin will manually approve the withdrawal before processing your payments.
how long does it take to recieve a withdrawal?▼
Once the withdrawal is approved, payments is made immediately, and the status will change to completed with a downloadable reciept.
